Module activities generally run from Monday to Sunday of a scheduled week although participants will have access to the modules from the previous Friday in order to review course materials and resources prior to the Monday commencement of module activities.
If you are scheduled to participate in a module during a certain week, you can change your enrollment date without incurring penalties by advising NIDMAR up to 8 days prior to commencement of module activities.
If your request to change enrollment date is received 7 days or less prior to the module start date, there will be a $50.00 administration fee for changing the enrollment date. Once the module materials become available, no change of enrollment date or refund will be given.
If you cannot begin or complete a module due to an illness or family emergency, please review the policy relating to this situation.
In some cases, individuals who have enrolled in a module may be able to transfer their registration to another person within their organization, depending upon whether there is a pre-requisite for the module. To apply to transfer a registration, please contact [email protected].
