A Better Way was developed as a promotional tool to introduce the benefits of disability management programs and to support the National Institute's work. The video features interviews with important leaders from Canada's political, business, union, and insurance sectors discussing the importance of disability management and return-to-work efforts in light of our existing socio-economic reality. The Institute's role in promoting improved education and providing unique resources to aid workplace-based disability management programs is recognized and a central focus of the video is the important role of students graduating from training program developed by NIDMAR.
