It is with much regret and sadness that we received the news of the passing of Trevor James, long time advocate and Founding Board Member of NIDMAR and PCU-WHS.

Those who knew Trevor will remember him as an "Institution" within NIDMAR who first joined the Board of the Disabled Workers Foundation of Canada in 1988, was a founding Board member of NIDMAR and PCU-WHS, spent time as our Employer Co-Chair and was our Secretary Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Audit and Investment Committee for many years.

Even after officially retiring from the Board at the end of 2016, he stayed very much engaged with us through regularly attending a diverse range of activities such as IFDM 2018, where he also brought his valued perspectives to the important selection of accepted presentations, NIDMAR's 25th anniversary celebration, and very recently in the evaluation of required essays written by prospective students applying for the University's degree program scholarships.
