TThe following enrollment information is for those who are registering for Conferences / Workshops.
If this is your first online enrollment, or any type of activity on the NIDMAR website, we ask that you complete the Online Enrollment Form, which requires you to enter your email address and a password which will enable you in future to just sign in. By signing in, you will be able to register for additional training in an easy to use environment, and it will allow you to access your personal profile including your course history, thus avoiding having to re-enter personal information and the possibility of duplicate course registrations.
Once you have completed the Online Enrollment Form, please click on the "Submit" button and your personal information will appear at the top of the electronic Online Enrollment Form, enabling you to proceed with registering for the module(s) of your choice.
If you have already enrolled online (or completed any type of activity on the NIDMAR website, e.g. purchase a product) please just sign in using your email address and your password. (You can also sign in through the tab at the top right-hand corner of any page on our website.) Once you have signed in, your information will automatically appear.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the appropriate drop down box at the top of the page. Your password will be emailed to you.
IIf you wish to register by mail or fax, simply print the enrollment form and mail or fax it with your cheque or payment information to the address or fax numbers indicated below.
Whether enrolling online, by fax, or by mail, be sure to mark the box indicating the training you wish to enroll in and the date when you wish to participate.
Enrollment is guaranteed upon receipt of full payment only.
